Bali: Blue Moon. FTO & RFA

Description

This is a full body smooth cup of coffee. At a medium roast it has hints of raisins and high tones of peat moss with a delicate chocolate body. This coffee is grown at 3600-4800 fasl (elev) for a super hard bean (SHB) and is Fair Trade and Rain Forest Alliance certified. This is a beautiful bean with a solid blue hue, hence the name Blue Moon.
